Udruženje bubreznih bolesnika NEFRON sa zadovoljstvom Vas poziva na III – Međunarodne susrete dijaliziranih I transplantiranih pacijenata u Makedoniji sa edukativnim I sportskim karakterom koje će se održati na Ohridskom jezeru, u Hotelu “DRIM” Struga – Makedonija u periodu od 25 do 28 .09. 2025 godine.
Velika nam je čast sto nakon 2019 i 2022g. u 2025 mozemo da ponovo okupimo nase saradnike I prijatelje iz svih udruženja i zemalja Mreže SEEN Transplanta:

VAžNO: Za paciente kojima je neophodna dijaliza obavezno je potrebna rezervacija uz potrebne medicinske dokumentacije. Dijaliza se može obaviti u Zavodu za nefrologiju Struga i u centrima za dijalizu NEFROPLUS u Strugi i u Ohridu. Nefroplus prihvaća pacijente sa EHIC karticom. Za ostale pravimo napore da cena dijalize bude ista kao I u vašoj državi kako pacijeni ne bi imali dopunske troškove za dijalize. Za dijalizu je obezbedzen taxi prevoz I kafа/hrana.

IMPORTANT: For patients who need dialysis, a reservation with the necessary medical documentation is mandatory. Dialysis can be performed at the Institute for Nephrology in Struga and at the dialysis centers of NEFROPLUS in Struga and Ohrid. Nefroplus accepts patients with EHIC cards. For the rest, we are making efforts to keep the price of dialysis the same as in your countries so that patients do not have additional costs for dialysis. Taxi transportation and coffee/snack are provided for dialysis.
