Program:

11 April 2019 (Thursday)

– Arrival of guests, check-in the Hotel “Drim” in Struga, registration and name tag pickup

19:00 Dinner & guests welcoming, socializing and registration for competitions

• “Surgical aspects of Kidney Transplants” – Prof.dr. Sasho Dohchev, Kidney Transplant Center at University Clinic for urology in Skopje
• “Legislation and Strategy for development of cadaver transplantation in Macedonia” – Dr. Maja Mojsova Mijovska, National Transplant Coordinator / Hospital Transplant Coordinator

15:00 Beginning of sporting meeting and competitions

• The following disciplines are planned for sporting events: darts, table tennis, cards, chess, bowling, football – penalties, ringing of bottles
• For football penalties each participating country can register one team (national team) consisting of a goalkeeper and five players (penalty takers).
• All other competitions are for individuals. Darts, table tennis and bowling competitions will be separate for male/female groups.

13 April 2019 (Saturday)

7:00 – 09:00 Breakfast

09:30 – Group photo of all participants in front of hotel Drim

09:45 – 16:00 – Organized day excursion with a tour guide to St. Naum. transport by bus or by own cars. Visit to the Bay of Bones, St. Naum Monastery, the Drim river springs.
Group lunch at restaurant Ostrovo. On the bridge over the Drim river springs, on behalf of Nefron and SEEN Transplant we will send a message of Peace and a message of Gratitude to all organ donors and their families.

15:00  Return to the hotel and short rest

16:00 – 18:00 Completion of final competitions

17:00   SEEN Transplant network meeting

20:00   Formal dinner with Italian food prepared live, party with live music and unlimited drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)

Awards ceremony of certificates, medals and trophies for participants.

14 April 2019 (Sunday)

7:00 -10:00 Breakfast

– Check-out from the hotel and goodbyes.

** The organizer retains the right to change the plan of the program and time of the activities during the meeting.

APPLICATION AND PARTICIPATION PROCEDURE FOR THE MEETING IN MACEDONIA

All applications must be submitted to the meeting organizer:

After registration of your application, you’ll receive approval mail.

IMPORTANT: Patients needing dialysis treatments during the stay are required to fill out the DIALYSIS NEEDED section. The dialysis treatments will be held in Institute for nephrology in Struga which is near the hotel (distance 1km). In case you schedule your dialysis treatment in Sistina Nefroplus Center in Ohrid (distance 7km) taxi transport from the hotel to the center and back will be provided.

The cost per dialysis treatment in Institute for nephrology is 90 EUR.

Sistina Nefroplus Ohrid accepts the official price for dialysis treatment from your country.

Payment should be made in cash at the dialysis center. Guests from countries that have a bilateral agreement with Macedonia (Montenegro) do not need to pay for dialysis if they provide a certified form (attached – form codes).

In addition to the application form, dialysis patients must also provide their dialysis medical dossier (letter from home dialysis center) in a timely manner in order to complete the appointment reservation.

Note:   The accommodation will be in hotel Drim in Struga in double and triple rooms.

Accommodation in a single room is available at a surcharge of + 40%.

For children under the age of 12, the price is 30% of standard rate.

The price of 115 EUR includes:

• 3 nights, half-board

• Organized excursion with transport and a tour guide on 13 April
